We're looking for a business development manager to show prospective clients just how awesome our services are. We envision the position as an amalgamation of two roles we need to fill as soon as possible.
1. Construct a foundation for sales. Most of us at netlogicdc are experts in our respective technical fields. We need an expert in developing an architecture for sales. The effective sales processes you will develop will be used by successive salespeople. Building the sales foundation from scratch is the main advantage of this position, as well as its greatest challenge.
2. Sell. The ultimate test of your sales process will be your use of it to sell our services. If you’ve created a foundation which communicates the value of our services clearly, we believe customers will flock to you– and us. Naturally, this second role requires execution skills. You have to be able to work independently, have unwavering ambition, and feel comfortable talking to people.
